Values for Living Infant Year 1

Values for Living, Infant Year 1 and Year 2 are the first and second books in the value component of the Values, Character and Citizen Education. The series has been designed and developed to fulfil the requirements of the new curriculum for primary schools in Trinidad and Tobago. The essential consideration underlying the construction of this series, Values for Living, focuses on the opportunities for the inculcation of moral, social and environmental values in the formative years of children's growth and development. The main objectives of the series are to enable children to acquire and apply life skills in their daily life. Opportunities for self-questioning and making value-judgements on situations, actions and characters will undoubtedly exert a positive influence on children's behaviour and attitudes.
